Our services
Personnel selection and recruitment
When selecting VIP business aviation flight attendants, we conduct a twostage verification of candidates:
- compliance on formal grounds (physical characteristics, languages, education);
- a personal interview and verification of the required qualities and skills (spoken English, knowledge of all stages of the flight business aviation).
We organize additional training if our applicant has successfully passed all the stages of the interview, but needs to improve some skills.
CV/ resumedatabase
The skyacademy resume database includes only qualified specialists, whom we personally verify. Therefore, we can choose the right candidate for the most demanding request.
We also use this database for selecting service personnel for yachts, hotels, country houses and other jobs where premium customer service is required.
As with the selection of flight attendants, we will arrange additional training for our applicants, if necessary.
Development of personal trainingsWe can also develop and conduct individual trainings for your staff.
